October 21, 2009 During a House Judiciary Committee markup on HR, 3596, the Health Insurance Industry Antitrust Enforcement Act, Rep. Nadler explains how insurance monopolies are bad for health care in America. He argued that antitrust exemptions for health insurance companies end up gouging both patients and doctors and should be eliminated.
