i have a home that is paid off. I recently started to look into selling, i have no prior experience with real estate but it didnt take me long to figure out agents are the car dealers of real estate. i asked what he would be maikig off my house and he said ohh about 16000 dollars!!! ummmm im not stupid and would not rush into such a thing as selling my home so i ask is it worth it

Is there a law saying I have to tell my employer I’m pregnant?

29 weeks pregnant today and still have not told my employer I am pregnant. I don’t plan on staying but for maybe another month. They are all older people and I work out in the field 75% of the time. Im a insurance sales agent so I go out to clients houses, I expressed some concern about going to clients houses alone so now my manager goes with me. Just need some advice on if and how I should tell my employer.

Can you tell me as much information as you know about service dogs and therapy dogs?

I am interested in training my dog to be a service dog AND a therapy dog. Is this possible? Do you have to be handicapped to have a service dog? I am 13, am I still eligible? Please tell me as much as you know. Thanks.
