During the process of building a second floor, a storm hit. Is this homeowners or contractors problem?

The storm was unexpected and was severe. The roof was almost completed at the time. The 1st floor and the basement was completly flooded along with all there furnishings. I do not feel I am responsible for this act of God, but I really don’t know the legalities. Sine then we have completed the roof but I still have yet to get paid for the job, and the homeowner doesn’t answer my calls. I think he’s going to try to take legal action against me, but does he have the right?

In the health care bill there is a loophole for insurance companies to limit the amount of coverage they pay each year. That means if you get cancer, your treatment may be limited due to cost not medical need.
In the second stimulus bill there is 2.7 million dollars for learning how to do operations in space.
There is money going to study the male and female rolls in ants.
There is money going for a Woodstock Youth program that already has private sponsors.
Is this really what liberals think is a responsible way to govern?

I was denied life insurance due to a false positive urine test. Initially my agent thought I could pay for a second test myself, but the underwriter refused. What can I do?
But my info in MIB will now contain a failed drug test and my premiums will be higher for any other underwriters.

I have 2 job interviews. I got the first job but REALLY want the second. What do I do if I get both?

I went for an interview yesterday for a sales job. It went well and they offered me a job. I knew I had an interview the following day with an aviation security company, but I needed an ‘insurance policy’. Now the interview I have this morning was given this morning through a family friend who knows the manager. This gives me a fairly good chance of being successful in the interview.
What do I do if I get the job?

At the job fair. MassMutual mentioned that they are offering salary based first year advisors between 55-65k, car, bonus, benefits package, health insurance or more. Does anyone out there currently work as a first year agent? How do you like it? The sales manager quoted, “Some of our first year agents make $110k.” They’ve done very well.
