New York Life I insurance Salesman interview.?

May 24, 2012 in Insurance jobs and educations

Is this worth my time to drive 40 miles for an interview ? I’ve never sold life insurance before, and not sure if it’s worth me driving 40 miles each way to get a “hyped” up lecture ect. on how great a job it is. Anybody experience with this would be greatly appreciated.

The Phantom Insurance Salesman (The Director’s Cut)

May 23, 2012 in Insurance sales

In which you see me and one of my friends act like idiots. This was made in 2006 with no script and a vague idea of a story which revolves around a Masked Idiot Criminal trying to steal some guys Money while pretending to be an Insurance Salesman. I Have Re-Edited this Film so there arent so many pointless scenes, so enjoy my painful 9th Movie

how do you become a successful salesman?

March 29, 2012 in Insurance jobs and educations

I tried selling Anaheim Ducks tickets business to business in 2006 but I quit to become a teacher. I am now laid off from my teaching job and am looking to get into insurance sales, since those are the only employers that are even looking at my resume. I hate being told to “f” off when I try to sell something…but I gotta wife and parents to support. Any advice for a beginning sales person?
