“…Firefighters were hampered by multiple concealed spaces caused by past remodeling. Firefighters located the seat of the fire in the wall and extinguished it with a small amount of water, but found that the fire had traveled through the wall and in to ceiling spaces between layers of roofing materials above…”
Humboldt Bay Fire responded to a reported structure fire at Pho Thien Long Restaurant, 615 F St. Upon arrival fire personnel were directed to the kitchen area where light smoke was seen coming from a hole in a wall and the wall was extremely hot to the touch. Fire personnel directed restaurant customers and staff to exit the building. Power and gas was secured to the building as firefighters began cutting in to the wall to locate the fire.

This is not for everyone, and we advise that no one should every try this on any vehicle. I demonstrated one of our unique cleaning methods while several people observed me. When it comes to hail damage and getting your roof replaced via a claim on your homeowners insurance be sure to get MORE than 1 estimate and don’t trust that the person who gave you the 1st estimate knowing that your insurance was footing the bill, isn’t going to inflate their estimate to match the higher dollar amount of the check written for the claim. In many cases if the actual cost is $4200 to get the work done but the insurance is paying you $5800… if you haven’t gotten more than one estimate you may not even know that Roofer1 just increased his profit margin by more than $1000. Get an estimate from a different company & tell them you are paying cash out of pocket. A lot of times THE CASH ESTIMATE will be less & that is money you get to keep rather than a random Hail Chaser making double what he otherwise would make. check out my site www.charlottehomeworks.com. I am saying this because i did it this way and the 2 estimates came in almost $2000 apart… Food for thought. Do the research because it may mean keeping more of your own money.

The person that hit my wife’s door admits fault and I have family that can do the work just as well as the repair shop. The damage is also very minimal. Can’t I jut take the money and my family repair it at a cheaper price and keep some money in my pocket?
Do I need to tell my insurance company just to issue the check out to me.

Do I have the right to use anybody I want, like family and friends, to repair my house, or is it obligatory to get a contractor to do all the work? I don’t know if it depends on where I live, but I reside in Texas.
