Does anyone have a really cool job working in the health care industry?

May 11, 2013 in Health insurance

I’m trying to decide which direction to follow in the health care field. I love helping people both physically and spiritually but I have a bit of a back problem so I am leaning more towards something less physical. I don’t like dealing with insurance companies and billing departments. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am a fun, nurturing person with a lot to offer, I just need a push in the right direction, thanks!

The Car Industry is Screwed

January 2, 2013 in General

Henry Ford, the man behind the famous quote ” You can have a car in any color – so long as it’s black” is one of my idols, however the industry that once belonged to him is no longer as it should be. Sure there are many new types of cars, electric, energy-efficient, fast, powerful, and for those that love technology that come with bluetooth, TV’s and many other gizmo’s but what’s wrong with the car industry is how the value of a car decreases after a person purchases one, and how they pay insurance to some company that knows nothing about the car owner. If car insurance was provided by the car manufacturer itself, I’m sure a lot of people would benefit from this. An example of this is how car manufacturers do the routine checks on my car and maintain it safe even if I put a lot of miles into the engine. Meanwhile we’re all paying car insurance companies to keep us from having to pay bills for accidents or injuries which add up to a large sum for most people in the end of the year. Well if we had to only pay one company for all of our car fixes, we would both prosper both economically and the company would be able to innovate more. Some may even say that the off the lot value would increase if the company had a good record of keeping families insured at lower prices than if to go with a car insurance company and it would be higher than other car manufacturer companies. When you put your hands in trust to a car company that makes your car, why should you have to go to a third party to insure it? I’ve never understood why business is so spread apart from the costumer.
