Do most people who major in a language start in high school? I’ve been taking French on and off and I’ve lived there. I would say I understand it pretty well and can speak well, but writing essays about literature would be hard for me. Sometimes I think I would like to get a degree in it, but I think to be effective people usually take it non-stop.

(Xinhua, Aug 13, 2006) The Ministry of Railway has planned to issue railway bonds worth 40 billion yuan this year to meet the country’s capital need in railway construction.
Once approved by the Central bank and the State Development and Reform Commission, it will be the largest railway bond issue since China launched this kind of bond in 1995.
The bond term, interest rate and major underwriters are yet to be decided, but it is certain that all the funds raised will be used for railway construction, the Xinhua Daily Telegraph reported on Sunday.
Looking online, I see that most Dental Insurance “Max Annual Benefit” is typically 1500 per year. I recently was told that I may need some dental surgery that will cost an upward of 6000. Since Dental bills are so outrageous, are the any dental plans that cover a procedure of this magnitude, or are most people stuck with paying most of the bill out of pocket? I’ve never had dental insurance, so please excuse the ignorance. Thanks
His bare hands shaking in nervous anticipation, a young base jumper prepares to throw himself from the top of a 120-metre power pylon. As the hapless daredevil shuffles tentatively towards the edge of the platform, the anxiety on his face is clear, even in this grainy handheld footage, filmed by a friend. But little does he know that his fears are about to come true as he finally plucks up the courage to make the leap into the snowy abyss. Seconds into his fall it becomes clear that the man’s parachute has failed to open and he plummets towards the earth in Konakova, Russia. He hits the ground with a muffled thud and a puff of snow as his friend can only look down from above. The friend can only look on helplessly as he holds the camera over the precipice to see any signs of life on the floor below. Miraculously, the man survived the fall after the powdery snow cushions his fall. He was even able to walk again after three months after fracturing his vertebrae, pelvis and legs. This unnamed jumper can consider himself lucky after a spate of deaths have marred the perilous sport.
After I left high school I got two jobs separately, one when I was 19 at a supermarket but lost it after a month and fell into a depression. A year later at 20-years old I got a job at a gas station and again lost it after a month deepening my depression…November of that same year my grandmother died and the same month I found out that I was not a match to donate a kidney to my mother who was in kidney failure. Fast forward a few months and I start having problems with my girlfriend, her friends are all talking behind my back which caused paranoia problems and my girlfriend stood up for them and started talking about leaving me because I couldn’t find a job, this caused trust issues. Also around that same time I had an incident where a group of kids chased me my girl and a friend to my front door and tried to break into the house which caused even more paranoia.
I currently own a small fast food restaurant and am licensed to sell property and casualty insurance. I’m just lookin for some other financial profession to get into that doesn’t require college education as I’m still 22 and dropped out. Any ideas?
I am not looking for a job at a bank. Just something on the side that I could work with along with being an independent insurance agent.
Working as a cashier? I dropped out for the reason to pursue an opportunity that got me this far. I got college grads flippin burgers for me baby.
