in 2004/5. Arnie took over and cancelled Gray Davis’ emergency DMV taxes – within months the entire healthcare system collapsed!
I got a $150 refund, and LOST MY JOB! Along with many other people I know.
During Bush’s terms the cost of healthcare insurance TRIPLED!!!
Why is it we are supposed to come to these guys for advice on how to run a healthcare system?

Congressional Report: Obamacare Leads to Skyrocketing Premiums, 200 Percent Possible
” An exhaustive study by three congressional committees delivers startling news about the dire effects of Obamacare: President Barack Obama’s signature legislation could increase health insurance premiums by over 200 percent and render insurance coverage unaffordable for millions of Americans.
Broadly, the new report declares that Obamacare “breaks its core promise” to make healthcare coverage affordable.
The report, “The Price of Obamacare’s Broken Promises,” was prepared by the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, Majority Staff; Senate Committee on Finance, Minority Staff; and Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions, Minority Staff.

Too many Americans are uninsured. This is why “The Affordable Care Act was passed by Congress and then signed into law by the President on March 23rd, 2010.” The Supreme Court of the United States upheld this decision on June 28th, 2012. (http://www.healthcare.gov/law/full/index.html)
Whether one ideologically agrees with the law that was passed and upheld or not, the changes are going into effect as of January 1st, 2014. In the Opinion Offered, Chief Justice Roberts stated, “In 2010, Congress enacted the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, 124 Stat. 119. The Act aims to increase the number of Americans covered by health insurance and decrease the cost of health care. The Act’s 10 titles stretch over 900 pages and contain hundreds of provisions. This case concerns constitutional challenges to two key provisions, commonly referred to as the individual mandate and the Medicaid expansion.”

Will pre-existing conditions be covered by healthcare insurance offered by another employer?

I’m currently covered through my employer-sponsored healthcare insurance provided by Anthem Blue Shield/Blue Cross of California. If I decide to accept a job with another employer and a different healthcare insurance company, will my pre-existing conditions be covered? One of those conditions was surgery to remove neuroendocrine tumors.
