Could someone explain the walmart health insurance clause to pay them back in case a suit is won?

Is it health insurance or is it not? If its health insurance, there is a contractual obligation to pay for the cost of health care. Why should someone have to pay them back money from a lawsuit to reimburse them?…that would make it not be insurance…if you have to pay back the benefits. If its not insurance, what is it?
but the coverage should have nothing to do with how I can sick. they should simply cover because you are sick.

If she was in some sort of accident where no one was liable or was just seriously ill from some degenerative disease, they would still have to pay.

Can someone please explain what exactly a pharmacist does?

I’m interested in becoming one. I’m very good in math and science (especially chemistry) so I think this might be a good career path for me to take. Money for university isn’t a problem. So what exactly is the job description for one, their annual salary, etc. I understand that they work difficult hours but I’m willing to deal with that. I don’t know if I want any kids but if I do decide I’d have them later on in life and either one or two, no more then that. Thanks in advance. :)

How will Congress explain: Americans paid 45 years into Social Security but now there is no money for them?

The Americans who will retire in 2010 have paid into Soc Sec for 45 years, assuming they got their first real job at age 20. Perhaps the first generation who have paid in their entire lives, is starting to retire now.
How will Congress explain to those Americans that the money is gone?

Health insurance question, helping out my mom, can you help explain?

My mom, has united health care insurance. I’m not sure what plan they have but its probably basic. Anyway my question pertains to the coverage. Mom’s insurance company stop covering because she has chronic pain and visits a health care provider frequently. The health insurance company stop covering her, the reason they state was because she kept going. Is it possible for them to that. What are the possible reasons that they can do that. They refuse to cover some of the doctor bills from the past. She usually goes in for a chronic pain in foot and bones. Nothing cosmetic.
