Our car was recently involved in a car crash with another.
Our car passed perfectly at an intersection, but another car ignored a stop sign and crashed into our back. (We did nothing wrong, they were at fault)We both have the same car insurance carrier (Liberty Mutual) but both of us are unsure of who pays because we have the same insurance.
We need answers fast – please help.

My partner is with Direct Line. and had an accident about 3 weeks ago. It was her fault for turning right at a box section while the other car had the right of way. The other car only had visible bumper damage, but her car was hit the front left wing, and has bent the chassis. so im sure its a right-off.
But she still hasnt claimed on it. Is this a problem for the insurance company?

I hit someone and they haven’t called my insurance company yet. The wreck happen two months ago. Do they have a time limit that they have to call by?
I have state farm
I’ve already called my state farm. They’re waiting to hear from the other party…
What happen is I back into someone and gave them my info so they could get their money. I have already done everything I should have done. It is up to them to do the rest. I just wanted to know if they have a time limit to claim the money.
