have never been sent to clear the 2004 final.The lender sent documentation to FHA underwriter to clear. We go to closing on Wednesday. Will I have any problems?

Now that the revision to the Common Interest Ownership Act (CIOA) took effect back on July 1st, 2010, many associations are exploring the new procedures and opportunities that the revisions created.
In previous articles, I have delved into the CIOA changes specific to the master insurance policy and how it will now cover improvements and betterments unless the association decides to “opt out” as well as the procedure to do so properly. To date, I have found that most associations have adopted the “All In” approach. I have had only one association create the list of standard unit specifications to successfully keep their master insurance obligation to “Original Specifications.”

What does the state farm condominium association insurance policy?

I have asked people and they claim i should contact my home insurance to compensate for the damages rather than my auto insurance policy. If i should contact my home insurance, what should i say in my claim? What are your opinions, suggestions?
