What are my legal rights after someone destroys a brand new car?

through their utter negligence (no one, including police, could believe what he did)? I was not physically injured but his actions were reflective of someone who may actually have been high or just plain shouldn’t be allowed to drive – he did not need to hit me had he stopped when I beeped. But then he didn’t even stop after he hit me and instead continued to drive his 2 ton commercial truck up and over the front end of my car despite both of us sitting in our respective lanes for quite some time since we had a stop sign and opposing traffic did not.

Does anybody know how to get a good job after University?

I have just graduated with BA(Hons) in Business Administration and am looking for work. I am sending out about 10 CVs a day and I am constantly on the Internet – register with all diferent agencies, applying for a jobs for already 3 weeks but there are no too many answers.
Does anybody know how long it takes on avarage to find a job after UNI?

Can the insurance cover an accident if it was canceled a week after the accident?

So someone rearended my husband on Wednesday. We have insurance, not good coverage. but still legally covered. Anyways, since it was the other persons fault, that persons insurance is going to cover the damage. But our insurance was due to be canceled today due to non-payment. We have the money today to pay it but since my husband cannot get to the bank before they close. He picked up his check today, but he works until 11 pm. And the nearest bank to where he works is 30 minutes away, so he wont have time. So basically my question is, will there be a problem covering the damage on the car if our insurance gets canceled and we pay it on monday??

Fire investigators have determined that a fire that destroyed the Ram’s Horn on Tuesday originated in a deep fryer in the restaurant’s kitchen. The fire spread quickly during the lunch hour. Staff and patrons were evacuated and fire crews responded at about 12:12 p.m.
