Is it possible for my insurance to cover this case that fire beginning from my house spread to others and it burned them?

That is a perfect example of why you need to get a blanket insurance liability policy that covers more than just your home structure and contents. Ask you insurance agent for details. It is likely you already have this coverage.

Under your homeowners you have liability coverage. That is the part that will pay if it is deemed that you caused there loss. Be glad that you have insurance and let the adjuster do his work. So long as you have enough liability you should be just fine. Don’t sweat it.

No. Homeowners insurance covers your property, and anything that you are LIABLE for. You’d have to be AT FAULT for that fire spreading.
If, by chance, you made a trail of gasoline to the other house, that’s INTENDED DAMAGE, and excluded under your liability section.
Your neighbor is responsible for insuring their OWN property by fire damage, and YOU are responsible for insuring YOURS.
