Repub/Cons- why are you mad at Obama about health care and not the health care/insurance industry?

the Obama administration and Congress are trying (pitifully) to get more people covered to keep insurance rates down. As history has shown, even doing nothing will cause rates to continue to increase.
What solutions does the right have that won’t increase costs, and lower the common denominator for allowing insurance companies from further excluding health coverage?
Shouldn’t America’s collective ire be against health care insurance corporations and the health care industry that takes advantage of the sick and infirm?
