I was not physically injured but his actions were reflective of someone who may actually have been high or just plain shouldn’t be allowed to drive – he did not need to hit me had he stopped when I beeped. But then he didn’t even stop after he hit me and instead continued to drive his 2 ton commercial truck up and over the front end of my car despite both of us sitting in our respective lanes for quite some time since we had a stop sign and opposing traffic did not.
