Insurance doesn’t want to pay out cause they say we lied about the items that were stolen but the item were stolen we just didn’t know the exact details etc so looked in the pamphlet and took details from that need to know if we have a case or they can throw it out and say that we committed insurance fraud

Your a mother of four chirlden, your beloved husband, who has been married three times has passed away. You do not have his last name (but his second wife whom he divorced does). You are though legaly married. The second wife files for the insurance claim having still his last name.The sceond wife does have one child from the husband when they were married. The current wife has no children from him. The second wife takes the insurance. The husband left behind much debt. The current wife who did not get the insurance quick enough is left with her husbands debt, while the second wife whom he divorced, has the insurance. Now keep in mind their has not been any court. What do you think of this scenario? what would you do or not do?

I recieved a summons and referred it to my insurance company and I have been assigned a lawyer. My question is this; since no tickets were issued at the time of the accident and it was my word against his for running a red light (I said he did, he said I did – no proof, no witnesses), Am I liable? Doesn’t he have to prove that I was negligent to reap any kind of reward from me?

I lost my HTC MyTouch slide and so i filed a claim with Asurion. i got the paperwork to file a claim for a replacement and faxed it at around 5 PM today. How long does it take for Asurion to approve a claim? once they approve it, how long does it take for your phone to be shipped? i live in Colorado if that changes waiting times.

I am 19 years old and in the military but I am on my mom’s insurance because it is much better. I know its only a $15 copay with the insurance up to 58 times a year for an hour long counseling session with a therapist. If I paid up front how easily could my mom find out?

I was recently told that insurance companies had only 2 weeks to close claims once they recieved your itemized claim papers. If it takes them over 2 weeks to close the claim they are supposed to notify you in writing that it is taking longer than expected. I was just wondering if this is true for all insurance companies, specific fields or at the companies liberty to say.

Feb 2 2006 I was hurt In an automobil. My lawyer submitted my claim in dec 2006, how long will I have to wait for a setalment.
